Information that We automatically gather:

Through means of automation, including the information presented here was obtained via employing server log files and tracking technologies, as described in further detail in the section titled "Cookies and Other Data Collection Tools" presented below. It is kept by us, and our storage of it is linked to your account.

  1. Information about your device and access logs are collected when you use our Platform. This information includes the type of browser you are using, your IP address, any unique device identifiers, the language you prefer, the website you were referred from, the date and time you accessed our Platform, your operating system, and any information about your mobile network. When you use our platform, such as when you create or modify your account information there, we record log information.
  2. We keep track of how you use our platform. Along with information about your Supported Device, we also gather information about how you use our Platform (such as page views, support document searches, features that are enabled for your account, and interactions with other aspects of our Services) (e.g., screen size, name of cellular network, and mobile device manufacturer). We utilize this information to deliver our platform to you, get an understanding of how users interact with it so that we may improve it, comprehend User retention and make predictions about it.
  3. Using your Internet Protocol (IP) address, we may be able to pinpoint the general location of your Supported Device. This data may be gathered and used by us to estimate the number of visitors coming from particular regions or to enhance the platform services.
  4. Information gathered through the use of cookies and other technologies: We may use cookies and other similar technologies to gather information about you. A website may store a string of data known as a cookie on a visitor's computer, which the visitor's browser then sends back to the website each time the visitor accesses the website. Refer to our Cookie Policy for additional details on how we use cookies and other similar technologies.
How We Gather Info About You

To collect the aforementioned information, we make use of techniques like cookies, web beacons, and comparable tracking technologies. You can choose not to have your data collected using some of these technologies.

Tools for Data Collection and Cookies

In order to gather, store, and exchange information regarding your online activities across many websites, including Qprofiles, we utilize cookies, which are little text files stored by your browser. They enable us to make the website more user-friendly by allowing us to remember details about your visits to Qprofiles. To monitor email deliverability and open rates, we may additionally employ clear pixels in the email body.

When you access and use the Services, Qprofiles, and third-party service providers working on our behalf use server log files and automatic data gathering techniques such as cookies, tags, scripts, customized links, device or browser fingerprinting, and web beacons (collectively, "Data Collection Tools"). When you use the Services, these Data Collection Tools automatically track and gather some System Data and Usage Data. We occasionally link information obtained through such Data Collection Tools to additional information we gather in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Why We Employ Data Gathering Tools

For the aforementioned reasons, Qprofiles makes use of the following categories of data collection tools.

  1. These Data Collection Tools are required in order for you to be able to access the site, provide fundamental functionality (such as logging in or accessing content), secure the site, protect against fraudulent logins, and detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized use of your account. Because the effective operation of the Services depends on these, disabling them will result in certain aspects of the website becoming corrupted or inaccessible.
  2. These Data Collection Tools remember data about your browser and your preferences, provide additional site functionality, customize content to be more relevant to you, and remember settings affecting the appearance and behavior of the Services. In addition, these Data Collection Tools provide additional site functionality, such as the ability to search the site's database (like your preferred language or volume level for video playback).
  3. These Data Collection Tools provide usage and performance data, visit counts, traffic sources, or the location where an application was downloaded from, all of which help measure and improve the Services by supplying this information. These tools will assist us in testing various versions of Qprofiles to find out which features or pieces of content customers prefer, as well as in determining which email messages are opened.
  4. These Data Collection Tools are used to deliver relevant advertisements (on the site and/or other sites) based on things that we know about you, such as your Usage and System Data (as detailed in Section 1), and things that the ad service providers know about you based on the tracking data that they collect. These advertisements can be displayed either on the site itself or on other sites. Your recent behavior, activity over time, and activity across other websites and services can all be used to tailor the adverts that you see. We may supply these service providers with a hashed and anonymized version of your email address (in a form that is not readable by humans) and information that you share publicly on the Services in order to assist them in the delivery of targeted advertising.
  5. The social media features, such as sharing content with friends and networks, can be enabled by using these data collection tools. These cookies have the potential to follow a user or device as they navigate between different websites and compile a profile of the user's preferences for the goal of delivering interest-based advertising. You have the option to configure your web browser to warn you when someone tries to install cookies on your computer, restrict the types of cookies that are stored on your system, or refuse cookies entirely. If you do this, it is possible that you will be unable to utilise certain or all of the features of the Services, and that your experience will be different or less functional as a result.
Your Information Is Used For

We use the information that you provide to do things like provide our services, communicate with you, troubleshoot issues, protect against fraud and abuse, improve and update our services, analyze how people use our services, serve personalized advertising, and do other things that may be required by law or necessary for the safety and integrity of our system. We will keep the information you provide us for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was obtained in the first place.

As a result, they can offer analytics services or compare your data to information from databases that are accessible to the general public (including contact and social information from other sources). In order to have more direct and personalized communication with you, we do this. (Data from Accounts, Systems, Usage, and Cookies)

The Services' social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, may give the third-party social media providers access to information like your IP address and the specific page you are viewing on the Services, as well as the ability to set cookies to make the feature functional. Your interactions with these features are subject to the privacy policies of the third-party entity. (Cookie Data, System Data, and Usage Data)

(Account Information; Surveys, Promotions, and Sweepstakes)

We may use and share certain System Data and Usage Data with third-party advertisers and networks if we elect to adopt an advertising-supported revenue model in the future to display general demographic and preference data about our users. We might also permit advertisers to gather System Data through Data Collection Tools, utilize this information to send targeted advertisements to you, customize your user experience (through behavioral advertising), and perform web analytics. Additionally, advertisers might provide to us with the information they have on you. See Section 6.1 (Your Choices About the Use of Your Data) below for further information or to opt out of behavioral advertising from participating ad networks. Please take note that you will still receive generic ads if you want to opt out.

In the event that Qprofiles engages in a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, corporate divestiture, or dissolution (including bankruptcy), or a sale of all or some of its assets, we reserve the right to share, disclose, or transfer all of your data to the organization that will succeed us during such a transition or in contemplation of a transition.
